Upon filling out this form you will be given three payment options:

$4.50 for 6-month subscription. Not ready to spend more? This is a good option to get started.
$8.50 for 12-month subscription. Plan to get iPhone or Android phone in less than a year? This is your best option
$12.50 for non-subscription version (which does not expire)

In case you get a new BlackBerry phone, you will be able to request one additional activation code for the new phone free of charge (regardless of your payment option).

This is one-time payment only. We don't have any recurring payments set up. To extend your subscription (in case you pick a subscription option) after six/twelve months, you will have to provide another payment using this form.
